I have started kali in 1.5, the machine started as yours so i put the username ‘root’ and password ‘toor’ and it tells me that the paswoord is incorrect, so cannot go any further, what do I do now?
Hi Mark!
The default credentials are those ones so they should work, please double check you wrote them correctly.
Greetings!
Diego
I have unistalled VB and gone through your lecture and I am typing root-username and toor-Password and the program keeps coming back as Incorrect password, please try again.
The above is what I downloaded, first time I did get the VM instead of the VB, have installed the above file as I am running Windows 10 64bit and exactly the same happens, I am typing the credentials in lower case again ‘root‘ and ‘toor‘ if it was a long set of letters maybe then I got something wrong but just 4 letters!!
Hi Mark!
Please download it from here:
And use the mentioned credentials.
Thanks!
Diego
