Hi,

I am trying to access the instruction videos, but i am getting a message saying unauthorized and that i have completed the section. I am supposed to only watch the videos once or something?

Hi!
No, you can watch the lectures as many times as you want. Maybe log out, clear the browser’s cache, and log in again. Also, do not use a VPN.

I have tried to logout of the account, clear browser cache, and even tried in a browser in private mode and not using VPN. i am still having the same issue. I noticed that it is mainly the classes i have already watched, that i am not able to access, i am able to access the classes that i haven’t watched.
