Was following along with start of “Writing a Basic Local Keylogger” but the program was not capturing the keyboard presses in Terminator.

However if I open a regular Terminal and type there I can see the keyboard presses being captured.

I tried downgrading pynput but the program still only captures keys pressed in a regular terminal not in Terminator.

I’m using the new 2020 kali image you guys provided.
    pynput is at version 1.6.8
    Python 2.7

Yeah I noticed this too, its fine though, the actual keylogger will capture keystrikes everywhere one you’re done with it, so just keep going through the section and it’ll work as expected.
