I’m studying lecture 6.1 and I’m trying to upload a file to DVWA but every time I attempt to upload a file I get an error and a statement saying my picture has not been uploaded. I’ve tried downloading a couple of pictures from the web in a jpg and png format but they didn’t work. I tried a screenshot from my Kali machine but that didn’t work. I decreased the security from high to low in DVWA. Would you have any insights into what I’m doing wrong and what I could try to fix it?
Thanks
Nick
Hi!
Which is the size of the pictures? Because it needs to be a very small size, this is done to avoid saving a big files as metasploitable is just used for testing purposes.
Let me know.

Nice one thanks for the solution. My image was 1000×562 or there abouts so I decreased it to 500×250 initially and that worked.
Thanks again and regards
Nick
