certificates of completion

I need help with the certificates of completion. I try to get the Udemy certificate as it says in the bonus lesson but I can’t find out how to apply for it. I follow the link of the course that sends you to Udemy but I can’t find out where to apply. Do I have to create an account at Udemy to get the certificate?
