This is a generic USB wireless adapter that uses the famous Atheros AR9271 chipset, this means that it will be natively supported by most Linux distros including Kali Linux.

If Kali is installed as a main OS then you won’t need to set up anything, just connect the adapter and it will get recognised.

If Kali is installed as a virtual machine, run the following commands to install the drivers:
