Please let me know as soon as possible. I purchased the course on Zsecurity and not Udemy. So far this video is the only that will not open. Please see attached screenshot link. Thanks

Thank you for getting back to me. I have tried everything, even with different computer. The video will not load and still indicating same error messages I sent you. Downloading lesson will not work because indicating “need more information”.
