after running command wsl -u root, on windows command prompt receive error message ‘Command wsl not found, but can be installed with sudo apt install wsl’ that did not help , see attachment

It also gave me an addtional message of If you have any errors running Veil run: ./Veil.py –setup and select nuke the wine folder option
but when I ran that command
/opt/Veil#./Veil.py –setup
returns error message of Cant find the WINE Profile for Python 3.4 (/var/lib/veil/wine/drive_C/Python34/python.exe)
Not sure of a picture server, I can upload picture, but I’m typing word for word what the error message is
