This depends on the power processing of your computer. Are you sure you are using the latest custom kali image provided by Zaid?
Can you tell me more details about your host?(OS, RAM, free disk space, processor, etc)
Can you share a screenshot of the Network used in VMware for kali?Thanks!

Those settings should work fine. Maybe there’s something related to the video, I suggest to avoid watching videos in the virtual machine, do it in your host instead.Thanks!
