Hello, hope you are well.

I am researching web security using your lectures. Informative as they are, I am having trouble with the mounting of the TailsOS image, when the download is complete the letters “img” are not appearing on the file name. And, when I double click the file icon I get the “Couldn’t Mount File/The disc image is corrupted” notification. I have tried the “quick fix” method of copying and pasting the file elsewhere but to no avail. I am out of ideas and hope you have come across this issue before and can help me fix this. I am using Windows 10 OS.

Hi!
It looks like there should be an issue with you current USB. Can you try to flash a different USB?
