    Is it possible to do all the stuff in this course using a different OS like Qubes or tails and will the adapter connect to these specific OS which are Qubes and tails?

    You can do them with qubes, because as you know inside qubes you can install any other virtual machine, so you can have a Linux virtual machine and install all the tools that you want, or you can actually have Kali linux VM.
