Near the very start of the video where you are supposed to right click index.html and click edit , it is meant to download the index file which allows me to edit it using the text editor, but when I click edit it just opens my clone page in another tab , I can’t find how to locate the file in text editor ?
And wondering if my pc even has a “default text editor” in there?
Hi!
If you are using windows then the default text editor is Notepad, you may need to right-click the file and select Open with then select Notepad.
Greetings!

I have fixed the issue now a different way I have managed to open the index.HTML code in the default note pad , but as in the course, Zaids text editor was in columns like this.
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
Etc.. but mine is not it’s just in the default note pad , am I good to continue or is this a must?
Hi!
That’s normal, Zaid is using a different text editor. Notepad doesn’t show line numbers.
Greetings!
Diego
