Hello, i have tried to connect so many times to ZSVPN from Tails, with right credentials, with exactly same way as shown but this error shows up every time: could communicate with server, wrong credentials or could not connect to server. Is there a solution for this?

Yes, it does have connection, i can use Tor.

Hi!
Just for testing, can you try to install a client in your host system and connect to the VPN?

Hi!
Then it should work fine with TAILS as well, did you installed the proper client? Because there’s one for linux but one for TAILS.
