    Hi, I am unable to open, view above subject video. Screen showing “ Media error: Format (s) not supported or source(s) not found”

    Thank you for getting back to me. I have tried everything, even with different computer. The video will not load and still indicating same error messages I sent you. Downloading lesson will not work because indicating “need more information”.
