After running these commands
apt update
apt install gnome-characters
When I search for left to Right override is still not available but when I search just left to right I get options with just arrows and description. When I click on either the arrows or the the description and copy, when I paste on leafpad instead of inverting characters it will rather paste the arrow or some sort of code. Please what could be the cause.
