    Hi,

I’m using the latest zsecurity version of Kali Linux running in VMware and have 3 issues when trying to run TOR from the terminal using ./start-tor-browser.desktop:

    1. I receive the message “Tor Browser should not be run as root. Exiting” To me this means I should not run TOR using an admin level account.

    2. When I try to make a new user using the “useradd -m NewUser” command and try to run TOR after re-downloading the Linux version I receive the error “Permission Denied”. I made a new account to try and run TOR as a non-admin.

    3. I noticed when using the non root user account, that hitting TAB in the terminal no longer autocompletes. Is there a way to fix this? Hitting TAB to autocomplete still works in the admin account.

What should I do? I tried fixing it on my own but I’m new to Linux. Thanks!
