1. As mentioned in the course, after decompressing the downloaded archive of custom kali you’ll get a .vmwarevm file not an ISO, so it’s normal that there’s no ISO, watch the lecture again if you have any doubt.
2. Just launch both machines, each a time and you’ll get them running both.
