Hi Zaid,
I’m really enjoying your course called ‘Learn Ethical Hacking Using The Cloud Course’, however, I’m pulling my hair out with a frustrating issue.
I created a login.php file and amended all the code on my Facebook index page. I then tested it by entering sample text into the email and password fields and clicked the LOGIN and all went well with the data.text file appearing on the remote site in the data folder.
The problem is I can’t open or download the data.txt file in FileZilla. I get a permission error when I try to download it, and when I try to view/edit nothing happens. No text box appears (for example a gnome-terminal editor). When I try again FileZilla tells me the file is already open however nothing is on the screen. Please advise!
Regards, James

Thank you for your reply.
Please find the following screenshots attached.
1. Image file – Cd to Html file
2. Image file – Cd to data file
3. Image file – Select view/edit and receive ‘All files transferred message’. Nothing happens and no text box editor opens.
4. Image file – Select view e/dit again and get message saying ‘selected file is already being edited.
5. Image file – When I attempt to download the file to open remotely I get the red permissions errors.I can only upload one attachment to this forum which is annoying. I will email you the rest.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Working from a kali machine might not work as expected, that’s why you are having problems with permissions. It will be easier to use a windows, mac or regular linux OS, try it out.Greetings!

Are you suggesting that I just run FileZilla from a PC, Mac, or Linux OP?
