I’ve found that https backdoors work better when using port 443, also you can try to use tcp payloas as they are more reliables.
If all of this fail, can you share a screenshot of the result of route – n in kali?Let me know.

I have never tried it before but is a python library that uses a webserver service, so I think it can work and should be eas to do it.

You’ll get this problem only when you want to use a transformer that relies on search engine, the reason for this is Bing started charging people for using their search API, so the only solution is to purchase a license, but you can still use all other transformers that do not rely on search engine.
The search engine transformers just use Bing anyway to search for result, so you can just do that manually yourself, the only disadvantage is that you’ll get the result in the web browser instead of having them in a nice graph.Hope it helps!

Yeah this happens sometimes, I usually clear browsing data, and load a page while the file is being uploaded and it works, if it’s not working for you then you can just use https://spyralscanner.net/ instead. You can also try: https://antiscan.me/ https://www.virscan.org/language/en/Hope it helps.
