Yeah, that’s normal, you don’t have to click the sig link, instead use right click and select save link content. Watch the lecture again and pay attention to what Zaid saids. Also the downloaded file will contain this exact content as you show here so other option is to store this signature in a file with the same name as the installer and apped .asc to the end of the file name.
